The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors has announced JAMES T. SAINT, CCIM, MRICS, has been awarded the Chartered Facilities
Management Surveyor designation of the organization. 'Chartered' is the mark that shows a surveyor has achieved the very highest
standard of professional competence.
Saint is currently the Chief Operations
Officer / Managing Broker with the firm of Halo CRE LLC. He has more than 20 years in the field of property,
facilities and asset management of commercial real estate along with being a consultant and advisor to corporate clients, both
domestically and internationally. Saint previously obtained the internationally prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM)
designation in June 1993, and received the Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) designation in October 2009.
The designation of Chartered Facilities Management
Surveyor is only awarded to individuals who are able to demonstrate a key understanding of how property related issues can integrate
fully in a business context and are prepared to maintain exemplary standards to the best advantage of the business community. RICS
stipulates that all members adhere to a strict code of ethics and conduct in their work in the property and valuation fields. RICS Americas
