Demographic Analysis Reports or Services

Various Annual Subscription Options

As as part of the various real estate services provided by Halo CRE, we offer various pricing alternatives to our clients to obtain these type of detailed customized demographic reports. These subscription options parallel our consulting and advisory services depending on the level of services desired.

The alternative options are as indicated below in Exhibit A - Customized Demographic Reports - Pricing Schedule Options and Exhibit B - Annual Subscription Option - Average Cost Per Report.

In addition, as an additional benefit of being an annual subscriber, you may order Environmental Summary Reports - Lender's Risk with Certified Review for each desired property. The alternative options are as indicated below in Exhibit C - Environmental Report Summary - Pricing Schedule Options.
